Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male
The top search result for famous human experimentation scandals is the “Tuskegee Syphilis Study.”
Or as it was originally called: The “Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male.”
The key word being UNTREATED, as in the scandal involved studying a treatable condition over the course of decades.
Given this is listed alongside MKUltra and Nazi medical experiments and torturing orphans, it was obviously a massive scandal. So having a famous movie help coordinate that scandal is nothing unique given my many decodes.
This was Government crimes against hundreds of African Americans over the course of decades, and in 1972 the black community rose up to avenge these crimes.
Blacula is called the “Black Avenger” in the trailer.
As in avenging the crimes of the past against the black community.
Hundreds infected by STD which officials trick leading to many deaths!

Movie begins an entire genre of “Blaxploitation”
The movie begins with a kind black prince fighting the slave trade, but then infected by a cruel white man to become a monster and left to rot for decades in a tomb.
It’s an obvious parallel to the scandal unfolding.
Not just the curse of Blacula himself…
He is forced to infect others with his “blood curse” or you know since Syphilis is contagious.
I went over the Texas premiere but it also had a U.S. Premiere.

Another vampire film about a baby born with the “blood curse” or just like in the Syphilis study 19 babies were born with syphilis!

So this gives us the origin of all blaxploitation, not just horror! Which makes sense given the root symbol is just taking advantage of the black community. Or crimes committed against them.
This scandal continued for months and so the markers continued with it. I notice the star is “Will Smith”.
I had a hypothesis that name was about Smithing “Will” as in changing perception in some major way which this reporting certainly did!
What was done was a horrible crime, but there are also disturbing parts tied to the reporting.
“A 1999 survey showed that 80% of African-American men wrongly believed men in the study had been injected with syphilis”
The truth was they were already infected and simply misinformed to study the effects over decades.
Contrast this to how it’s portrayed in the film.
Where a white man intentionally infects a black man with the virus in a cartoonishly evil way.
Thus this 80% of African Americans that believed this study involved INFECTING them is reflected in the comms. The media produced clearly lays out the intent to create a “monster” and yes it was horrible, and tbh I have doubts that there wasn’t some infection covertly done akin to MKUltra driving.
Regardless, the crime was horrible and the media reporting was bad given that 80% misunderstood the basic fact of what the crime was.
For 40 years people were used as guinea pigs in experimental research.
The disease was curable and instead of letting people know they were misinformed and died.
Children were born with it all due to a deceptive government program masquerading as a handout.
It’s really bad, and when we consider the comm tied to this being the very origin of “Blaxploitation horror” it helps paint what was done psychologically to divide the country.
I have to talk about race instead of the crime because that’s what we see in the comms.
There are parasites that exploit tragedy and feed off the misery turning it all into profit and politics.
Unfortunately, that landscape won and became standardized.

This film being the official origin of “Blaxploitation Horror” makes it likely this push for racial focused outrage continued with this as a template.
As in just like how the black community was misinformed to curate division and outrage so to many other great lies were coordinated.
I notice the 2nd famous one is based on Frankenstein.
I decoded that as a comm for printing presses.
The symbol of the monster being made of many different people = the newfound ability to spread stories widely i.e. many people who then are convinced of a monster.
They then get pitchforks out and hunt whatever they are told is “bad”.
Sometimes that thing is bad, other times they are being manipulated by people who do not have their best interests at heart.

Partial because I didn’t answer the core point of the film.
The main riddle to these comms is how it was timed in-between Obama’s election victory and entrance to the White House.
Most comms I decode are timed precisely to whatever the point of the op is, and actually that’s exactly the point here as well!
Consider what story it is telling.
A story about a celebrity superhero “Bolt” leaving his former job and settling into a HOUSE for private life.
As in the WHITE HOUSE.
Which he moves in to be owned by “Penny” played by Miley Cyrus.
These are comms to denote the transition
A marker to transition the media mania that got him into office.
This is the point of Bolt leaving his job of posing for pictures. The end of a massive spending and marketing push to elevate Obama.
The point was to get him elected and they did that!
So the whole film acts as a marker for turning the press fervor down from worship levels to simply obsessive.
Ending sequence is moving into the home and a little montage of the dog eating “bubbles” and Miley Cyrus putting a “star” on a “tree”.
Who am I kidding, the worship didn’t stop.

This included a high confidence decode that MLK was an operation intended to bring the black community together.
I bring this decode up again because, thanks to a reader, I’ve made more progress on it!
Before that tho I should explain the original comms.
Last speech before death he ends his speech talking about how he would likely be assassinated soon.
He also gives reference to how Moses had to die so that his successor could lead his people to the promised land.

Martin Luther is also famous for a legal ruling permitting anyone to

There aren’t that many “most famous speeches” and one of the very first ones after Jesus, Muhammad, and the Pope was the original Martin Luther.
Thus it’s partially a symbol for a famous speech giver, which is why it was given to MLK Jr.
It’s probably why he is a “Jr.” in the first place actually. Part 2.
There’s a lot more to go through, but the strongest piece of evidence to make the faked nature of it clear is when they invoked it all again.
Because they used the same symbol with the same intent, only to unify a different audience.
