I’ve went through all 597 pages, the official account is on February 2nd 1987 police removed six hungry and filthy kids from the care of their non-related caretakers.

They refused to say who they or who the kids were.
When interviewed, the oldest child incorrectly called one of the men her father, and that they were being “Weaned” from their mothers who they hadn’t seen them for months.
The kids said that their life revolved around the whims of the “game caller” which gave orders via a Radio Shack TRS 80 computer in their van. It was connected to other computers in a pre-internet internet.
This computer gave orders for the adults, who in turn told the kids what to do. The kids received food as reward (consider dog conditioning)

It seems I may have pinpointed when Ham Radio communication was switched out for more secure password protected computer interactions. That is likely why Radio Shack was so popular back then, I imagine there were a lot of cells based out of those shacks in those years.
Anyway, In my digging I’ve found 2 dates for the origin of his organization. One was given by a rank and file member who said “Either 7 or 10 years ago” which fits perfectly with this theory, and one other date which fits it even better.
The Finders Spokesman R. “Gardner” (Plant growing) asserts the “Finders” would quit after 17/Q years (meaning this cell ends due to being exposed) and that instead of continuing they would move to Tallahassee (set up cells there so this doesn’t happen again) – Note he uses a “Reagan mask” (bottom left) which is likely to define who is behind this disruption.

In the FBI file they have profiles of some members, and they had moved from D.C. to the Y.W.C.A. in Hong Kong with some curious street names.
When Q talks about how MKUltra is now coordinated from out of country, Hong Kong may be one of them.
Further ties in the case continue into Hong Kong, and other countries which they kept in constant contact with.
Note in the warehouse owned by them they had books concerning mind control as well as stage like settings (Movie production) – and a Satellite dish (to broadcast/receive experiment in progress overseas?)
Also included was a “Ballad of Ballads” – a poem which is all about finding and then training fools, to teach other fools. (A great way to define the nature of MS-13/MKUltra) The Ballad talks about how the kids would leave and the adults were “on their knees” The Ballad asserts they “went to China” Came back to start HQ, Learned to take orders (from China/Hong Kong?) sounds like what happened.

I’m contending that this op represents the nature of MKUltra cells, i.e. EXPERIMENTS in manipulations. The whole thing was owned by the CIA as a “computer training operation” after all, and consider the implications of that training in relation to what they were ordering the kids to do.

The Game Caller was named by the children as a 66 year old man named George Marion Pettie (note 6 letters in each name, 666)

Specifically on pages 48 & 49 involving the 1987 Los Angeles McMartin Preschool Trial. It’s notable that in the McMartin case it was in Los Angeles, which as you may be aware, the police department adopted FBI identified pedophilia symbolism around the 1950’s.
Both Finders and McMartin cases involve covered up facts and key people dying prevented progress in the cases.
The point being, they likely chose to commit acts where they did, because they knew if caught they’d be protected. However in the Finders case they were caught off guard which is why it’s so important to dissect.
And having the FBI choose to insert these McMartin pages stuck in with the Finders suggests a deeper link between these two perverse tragedies. The page directly before the inserted pages is a letter about how they want to expose and arrest more pedophiles, I don’t think that’s a coincidence.
This connection hints that these two cases, and likely many more. I believe these are strong clues as to what MKUltra evolved into after the 1960’s.

They found photos in the warehouse of the kids being made to play with goat fetuses, and of the 5 year old boy crying wile being presented with a decapitated goat. And then and then being forced to eat it.

it’s hard to induce dissociative states in adults, so they switched to inducing it at the youngest age possible.

Not just murder, but sex. This may be why the kids were confirmed cases of sexual abuse in the Finders case, and yet were evasive about answering questions about it,

In which case I have to wonder if once they were caught in the middle of it, whether the buy was just out of luck? Perhaps other MKUltra cells near Florida attempted to provide kids for the buyer ASAP? Unlike the last two this one is confirmed, it’s just a matter of who else was involved. But much like Finders/McMartin – people keep dying and the cops aren’t allowed to do the simple things necessary to catch the real criminals.

Jimmy Savile (1955-2005) Basically Jimmy Saville preyed on around 500 vulnerable victims as young as two years old at institutions including the BBC’s broadcasting studios, 14 hospitals and 20 children’s hospitals across England. someone connected with the hospital helped procure children for Savile
However much like the Dutroux case people aren’t allowed to look deeper, and despite him being active in molestation of sick kids for decades it was only after he died that it was allowed to go public. In 1990 he was knighted also receiving a papal knighthood.
In context of MK Ultra, I think the connection is more about the celebrity flagrantly molesting/raping kids on what is surely camera feeds shot to other countries, is just another attempt at creating dissociative states in children. Someone they love as a celebrity hurting them in such an intimate way, and then being ignored. Instant trauma – and likely entertainment for those behind the monitoring.
